“The food is authentic and so flavorful. I come here on a weekly basis for lunch and absolutely love it so much. I typically get the Tom Yom Appetizer soup with chicken and rice noodles. Ive also had the green and yellow chicken curry options and every time I wipe the plate clean!

Its honestly so incredible. The staff is so pleasant as well and really work hard to create a fantastic product. Highly recommend 10/10“

“So I noticed that Newton has a restaurant called Coconut Cafe, and I thought it would be funny to get a picture of a Lime Bike inside the front door, because “you put the Lime in the Coconut” and all that, so I went over there today, and the place turns out to be pretty nice and I was already feeling like this wouldn’t be a particularly polite (or funny) joke, but anyway the closest Lime Bike I could find was about a block away, and when I tried picking it up to bring it over to Coconut Cafe to maybe get a “put the lime *by* the coconut” photo instead, the bike started talking to me, saying “PLEASE PAY ME A DOLLAR AND YOU CAN RIDE ME! PLEASE PUT ME DOWN OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE! THIS IS YOUR SECOND WARNING, I AM ABOUT TO CALL THE POLICE.” and I decided that this stupid joke wasn’t worth getting arrested for and at that point I was too annoyed to pay the dollar to unlock the bike to ride it a grand total of about 30 feet for a joke photo that the owner of the shop would justifiably get mad at me for anyway, so I left the bike there and just had lunch instead (Bangkok-style veggie pad thai, they told me it would take 15 minutes but then it was ready in about 1.5 minutes, so that was nice) and it was delicious. “Cute lil restaurant, from the other reviews I went in before 5 and the place was full by the time I left. Food was alright, I had the pad thai that had no peanuts?! The fried onion substitute gave it an after taste, also, they should consider giving the lime wedge on the side like other spots as it was a lil too citrusy for me. I was happy to see the spring rolls being offered at a reasonable price, then realized why as soon as they brought to the table.. they were barely filled! Service was great tho, kind and attentive staff.“

“Thaiger Den in Malden is a great spot for Thai cuisine! The restaurant is warm and inviting, with welcoming staff who make you feel right at home. The staff are constantly checking in on you and making sure your water is always topped off. The decor is stunning—modern, sleek, with gold accents that give it a touch of luxury. Even the bathroom is pristine, with fancy toilets, automated trash cans, soap dispensers, and even high-end toilet paper—it’s clear they pay attention to every detail! The food was amazing. We tried the hot stone wagyu dish, the Khao Soi, the tiger shrimp pad thai, and the ribeye in curry. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The only slight drawback was the timing, as three dishes came out together and the last arrived about 10 minutes later, but the quality more than made up for it. The cocktails were a highlight—creative, strong, and perfectly crafted. The vibe in the restaurant is fantastic, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend checking Thaiger Den out—you won’t be disappointed!“

“Came early on a Monday, shortly after opening. Greeted promptly, sat immediately, food came out within minutes. Coffee was good, shumai were great, and really enjoyed the broth in the soup. Looking forward to trying some other things in the future!“

However, I went to dine-in, with a friend and when I did not tip, the server demanded I do so. This was an autonomous customer experience where no one took our order we had to order on our iPhone and then all they did was bring the food.

I will stick to take-out from now on, to avoid this experience. Despite the tip issue, I keep coming back for the food! The food is unmatched!“

“We made reservations online for the Omaska. It was $300 which broke down to $120 per person with tip and tax. The tables were perfectly space out. They gave us a 2 hour limit which was enough time for the 12 course Omaska. Presentation on everything was amazing. Each course was fresh and delicious in their own way. It was hard to hear the man over his mask so I couldn't get any names. We had uni, tuna belly, scallops, and more. All the Courses were small but packed with favor. You can take there was attention to detail in the ingredients and presentation. Definitely, worth the money was a special event like a birthday. Would definitely come back“

“We stopped by for lunch before a hike and had an amazing experience. We ordered the jungle curry, basil fried rice with shrimp, and fresh spring rolls—all of which were outstanding. The dipping sauce for the spring rolls and the flavorful fried rice were particular highlights.

We got the thai pancakes and the thai garden salad for appetisers. Super pleased with them.

For entrees we got the tofu pad thai and chicken ginger make your own thing. Pad thai was great. Chicken was a little boring but cant complain because i ate everything and almost licked the plate (can we normalise that please).

“The food is great. Their online ordering is very bad. I live nearby and often wonder why I don’t order from them more often. Today I had to try four times before I could place my order, including twice with Apple Pay which both failed.“

“It was worth the drive to this little gem. We did the omakase dinner which was a 10 course meal, that was presented very beautifully. Each dish was very flavorful and delicious. Both chefs were very sweet and made sure it was not too spicy and if everything was ok. Thai omakase was definitely an experience and was affordable compared to other omakase experience. “This review is long overdue, but this is a great Thai small business to support. The place is cozy [with seasonal outdoor seating] and the staff is always warm. The Drunken noodles are my go-to and it is a generous portion of noodles AND protein...for the most part. I strongly discourage paying extra for extra protein as I paid $3 for EXTRA protein and received 3 small shrimp. This seems to be a trend as I have ordered DN at two other places and the extra fee was not reflected in the portion delivered. But Mae does deliver consistently outside of this.“
