This 16 oz. container of Frozen Hand Shucked Chopped Sea Clams and sold under their ‘Galilean Seafoods’ brand makes for a delicious chowder at anytime of the year. Melt a half stick of butter, add 2 slices of diced smoked bacon(easier to cut up if slightly frozen at first), diced onion, add enough water to just cover the cubed Yukon Gold potatoes and add a crushed clove of garlic.
