The restaurant is a small but mighty establishment, very convenient to the Whaling Museum. Chowder, fish and chips, and chicken Caesar salad are all terrific, with generous portions at reasonable prices. The beer selection is great, including Maine Beer Company, which is considered one of the best breweries in the USA.
The menu offers a fantastic representation of contemporary New England cuisine. Though there is only one server helping customers on busy days, they do so with ease and a smile. Dishes like the pulled pork sandwich with excellent BBQ sauce and the standard but tasty BLT are well-received.
