“Great brewery to check out in Brookfield, Massachusetts. We loved the Pumpkin Carver. The flights come out on a wooden oak leaf, which was fun.Good function room, there was a party downstairs, while we were at another upstairs- plus some room at the bar. They had a live band playing, and it was very family and (I think) dog friendly.Thumbs up”

If you like music check out their open mic or live performances as noted online. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: There are lots of options for vegetarians either specific veg options such or items that can be tweaked to be veg friendly.Parking: There are free lot spots available but I’ve never had to look past free street parking right out front.”

“Excellent place. Had a wonderful time at their fireplace feast. Tons of very good food. You will not leave hungry. Drinks were on the pricy side, but they pour generously and make very good drinks. Staff went out of their way to ensure every guest had a good time.Dietary restrictions: Staff go out of their way to make the meal fit your dietary needs. Had a person at our table with a dietary restriction and witnessed staff change out every portion of the meal that needed to be with a very appetizing substitute. Staff did a good job of making the substitutions without making a big deal of it.”

“I love the building & the very tasty beers. And the most interesting bathroom artwork or posters. A person could stay in there a week & not read everything. I love the history of the area all written on brochures which are all stuck on the walls. I may take my mug of beer & a bit of pizza & stay in there for a long while & just read.”

“This was one of the best dinner dates I've ever had with my boyfriend the food was unbelievably good. the portions were so big me and my boyfriend couldn't finish them, the service was absolutely amazing. I wish I got our waitress name so I could put her in here as well as the lady who brought the food to us she was very lovely as well. it was a little loud but it's a Saturday night as I'm writing this so I can imagine it's quite busy. I had the spicy mussels with the hot ocean a Thai ice tea and a deep fried ice cream. My boyfriend had the crabragoons with the lobster rice special and a deep fried banana as well as their hot coffee, Highly recommend and we will gladly be back sometime soon. ?”

“Delivery update - got delivery last night, using Slice app. Order hot, correct and was notified it was busy so order took little longer than initial time. Driver wonderful and I was able to tip online (usually prefer tipping in cash tho).(past post) I just ate my first order for a chicken and broccoli alfredo dinner with the new owners (everyone has their test food, know what I mean?). Wow. I loved it from the presentation, even though it was take out, to the leftovers I'm sure to enjoy tomorrow. The dinner even came with a small ceasar salad (unless that was a mistake lol). Dinner was obviously homemade, enough sauce without drowning in it and the chicken... Yum. Someone sure knows how to cook it without overcooking it. Hard to do with nuggets.I got the chef salad as well (someone else mentioned this in their review). They asked me if I wanted peppers and onions. I opted for no, so yes mine was just lettuce, two baby carrots, 4 tomatoes and one slice of cucumber. However the heaping amount of lettuce and more importantly to me, the quality of the vegetables was superior (except tomatos... good luck trying to get great ones right now anywhere though).Finally I ordered chicken wings. They asked me what kind, breaded or not but I didn't understand honestly. I said no because I thought they meant chicken fingers. When we saw they were seasoned but naked wings we realized they may not use typical frozen box wings, or at least have a wider selection. “Recently started going here, a few of us that works Saturday at my job take turns bringing in donuts I moved and now drive by this location twice daily, it has become our new spot. There are many flavors that the other donut place doesn't carry anymore. The staff is great, donuts are fresh and delish! And have yet to try the coffee but found out they have one of my favorite flavors! will be returning ❤️”

“We stayed here in May and I'm just getting around to writing a review. This Harvest Host was great!The cider was great, the hosts were friendly, and the access was very easy. They were welcoming to our kids and our 2 leashed dogs.It's off a main road so it's a little loud, but nothing that was off putting to us. There's a little stream and a pond right next to where we parked, so it was peaceful and beautiful.There's plenty of room to park your rig. We have a 26' travel trailer and parking is in an open grass field.There's also plenty of room within the cider yard for the kids to run and play. They have corn hole and while we were there they had live music, too.”

“Good is great and pretty cheap for the portion size you get. Has breakfast all day. and a large variety of food from breakfast to sandwiches and soups to steaks and fish. And if you want alcohol, there is a large variety of that.”

“We had a small event at Mimi's today. Stephanie and her staff were literally amazing! The food was amazing and there was so much of it. The price they gave was reasonable. The service was beyond exceptional. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were today. They are worth the drive to Hardwick any day. it's also adorable. it's in the old town post office.”

We called a few times to get it resolved and it feels like we're being ignored so the issue isn't resolved but other than that, everything is great! Our friends recently moved to the area and we have been a few times now.”

“There are not many choices for restaurants in the Rutland and Spencer areas. I find black & white has an extremely diverse menu. And it's almost impossible not to find something that you like. Definitely a place worth going to the ean get very busy. Best make reservations if you can. Particularly on weekends. They do have some options such as prime rib that are only served on certain days of the week. Overall, a very good restaurant with lots of choices. I recommend it.”

“We had a great experience here and highly recommend it! We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay here. The Garden View room was so cool with its 11 windows wrapping 3 walls. The bed was super comfy and the window AC worked well, which is crucial for me. Joe was lovely and always available to help. We enjoyed sitting in the living room with some friends before bed. Joes cooked to order breakfast was delicious. I can tell Joe pays attention to detail and it shows. We would gladly stay here again.”
