With so many delicious options, it's hard to know where to start. Their chocolate chip, oatmeal, and Italian wedding cookies, available in three flavors, are simply fantastic. “Absolutely loved this cafe. It's new and has a great clean ambience.
They do have a variety of specialty drinks - I will try this in my next visit, this visit I had an early grey tea which was served in a pot with loose leaf tea. Definitely an upgrade from the regular cafes with tea bags.
Their Colombian cheese bread was good, can't wait to try other things on their menu.

I just ordered a cake for my mother’s birthday from them and the online ordering process could not have been easier. The cake came out perfectly, was available at the pick up time requested and was customized for our needs. Prices are very fair and the cakes are delicious- my mother received another cake that was 3 times the price and she preferred the Party Favors cake. Highly recommended.“

She is charming, delightful to talk to, and incredibly helpful and informative when it comes to planning special orders in advance. My family, who are very critical eaters, loves her pies so much that they ask me to pick up her pies for special occasions. Most recently, I tried the blueberry muffins, and they were perfection: soft and fluffy on the inside with a wonderful sugary crunch on the outside. It is such a joy to have a high-quality bakery like this in the neighborhood. I’m already looking forward to ordering a cake next, as she has so many enticing flavors available. “Toscanini's has been my favorite ice cream spot for over 20 years. Even as I've moved around and lived in other cities, I always make a point to visit whenever I'm back in the Boston area. But a recent experience cemented my loyalty for life.

On Presidents' Day, our family showed up around 5 pm, not realizing the shop was closed for the holiday. When we couldn't open the door, we started knocking, thinking it was just stuck. Gus, the owner, came out and let us know they were closed for the day, but then asked us what we were looking for. We told him we were hoping to grab a pint, and he told us to wait just a moment. A few minutes later, he came back with a big bag full of different pints and let us walk away with two of them, suggesting we could come back and pay another day when they were actually open (or perhaps he didn't care!). We came back and paid two weeks later.

Aside from Maggie’s professionalism and beautiful courtesy in serving us (often a rare combination in the service industry) I watched her deal with an incredibly rude customer with such graciousness and self control.
