I was waiting for about 10 minutes and was told that it would be ready at the scheduled time (6pm). When it was 6pm, I saw them take 2 pizzas off of the top of the pizza oven. Now, I know that due to the One-Bite Pizza Review this place has BLOWN up in popularity. However, the pizza was almost stone cold when I picked it up.They should consider how they can bring up the quality of their pizza by using their timing more effectively so that when people are waiting 50 minutes for pizza, they get it FRESH and HOT. It was neither, but it was still BOMB. I will not lie. We recently moved to Dracut and the pizza is NOT great. The pizza at Joanie's is some of the best I've had. I just wish that when I ordered it ahead of time, arrived early, and got it at my chosen time, that it was warm. That is the expectation at other places, no matter how busy the location.“

With the toasted sesame on top w a little butter had me begging for more. Being our first time here we chose the Italian platter that was insane huge and only $22.99!!!! Full side chicken parm, eggplant parm, one meat ball, one sausage and lasagna. The sauce is top notch for sure as was each bite of each item. My husband prefers a meat lasagna but combined with the meatball he was for sure satisfied. If I had to pick one that item I could do without and that would be the eggplant parm but that's a personal preference. In the end 10/10. Will eat again. “I stumbled upon Rizzo's while attending an event a Ross the street at the Lowell Auditorium. This is a very clean pizza/sandwich/salad spot and I'd give it five stars for simply the food. However, they are fast to get food prepared and the staff is polite. We had a chicken rice bowl (outstanding), Greek salad (tons of chicken) and a gold finger sub (my daughter loves it). That was the first day. It was so good we went back on the second day for a super beef sandwich, another chicken bowl and a pizza. We NEVER repeat places. But, this was too good not to. “I've been eating there for 30 years. There must be new owners the food is still good and the subs are still huge but the prices are also huge and they don't give you as much as they used too . However I enjoyed my large chicken cutlet sub that was supposed to be toasted with extra cheese however no extra cheese not toasted it was still good. The flavors blended really well, had just the right amount of everything and I could eat it for days! The wrap was thin but it was perfect. We live <5min so figured within 10min. 7:40 rolled around & still no food. Called back, spoke to (I believe) the owner, he was so apologetic & seemed just as frustrated with their delivery service. He said to keep the food when it arrives, but he will make & deliver us new, fresh pizza! When the first one came it was ice cold & hard, but 30 minutes later a new hot pizza & fries was delivered free of charge. Thank you for saving the night & rectifying our delivery issue!“

“I had the great pleasure of working special event functions (I am a Professional Chef) when this was Aprile's European. The food and service was awesome then. Just yesterday (April 3, 2024) we attended a Mercy meal after services for a lifelong friend. We were in the upper function room on the right. The food and most especially the service was impeccable. We had two very sweet, personable, gorgeous sisters from Colombia. Julio and Maria (I believe I am spelling Julio's name correctly) they were so kind, professional, warm and very welcoming. The food was delicious. I have NO IDEA (again, I am a Chef) what they add to the Caesar salad dressing but it was the best I have ever had. I am allergic to fish, this gave me an "excuse" to load up on Salad, Rice Pilaf and perfectly al dente zucchini and summer squash. My experiences there have always been good and yesterday it was even a step above. Great job by the team at The EstablishmentWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp from the parking lot. There is also an entrance through the mill. Upon entrance into the dining area, there is a flat service with plenty of seating. If you are attending an event in either upstairs function room, you access the elevator before entering the dining room. Any staff member could guide you. There are also restrooms upstairs so you don't have to go up and down every time you need to use the potty ?“
