“I’ve never physically dined at Charlie’s but have gotten delivery a couple of times. My kids and I love their pizza.

I’m sure their other dishes are amazing. Their pizza is certainly delicious. I will say that I had an experience tonight with an unfamiliar delivery driver. I guess he knocked on my door several times before I finally heard him and when I opened the door to greet him he was seemingly agitated. I apologized for not having heard him as I was tending to my kids and he then plainly said “40 bucks”. I handed him the money, already knowing what it costed from prior orders- he rounded up, I digress. As I was shutting the door I heard him say “wow, that’s it?”

I was going to say something but chose to just let it go. Charlie’s is literally a two minute drive to where I live. I understand it’s the holidays however a lot of us are struggling financially and don’t necessarily have the means to be tipping big on a delivery (that was two minutes up the road). I just found it very inappropriate to make a remark like that quite loudly where he knew my door was still open. Like dude I’m just trying to feed my kids while I have some sort of stomach virus.

I did give a call in to let management know, call me a Karen, I don’t care. They were very apologetic and I appreciated that, I knew it wasn’t their fault and I usually would have just let it go but to be that bold about it was uncalled for.“

Ummm Cape life 74 poster above, maybe you could have simply checked the website for their working hours, instead you foolishly showed up 7 times? hahah glad you’re not going back they probably wouldn’t want you. “What a great little gem! Stuck down the cape after a wake of a family member. The bridge traffic was backed up for miles. We decided to stop in for a bite and we were pleasantly surprised by this little place. The waitress was nice, attentive and fun. The food was very good and the atmosphere was a reminder of times gone by. Very relaxed and nice people. Thanks for getting us fueled up before heading back to Attleboro!! It was a great experience!!!“

“They only take cash, which sometimes I forget about- but their portions make up for it! A medium sized cone is swirled to the size of 2 cups, and absolutely layered with crunchy sprinkles! They also do specialty requests and Blizzards that aren’t even on the menu anymore (like their s’mores blizzard) and “brittle crunch cone”. Their soft serve is the perfect consistency, and not too melty at ALL. I love going here during the summer and they use a 16 oz shake cup for their brownie Oreo cuperfection where you get more icecream than other locations that use a smaller sundae cup. Super good, hearty portions, and great accommodations. It does get quite busy at nighttime but the wait is only for about 30 minutes and it’s fun to socialize with people in the line !“

“Tried a few items in the past few weeks and for us the Calzone is better than the pizza ! The vegetable pizza was overdone and dried all out but the calzone is great here! And the subs were pretty good. If your trying the vegan pizza be sure it’s made with some sauce n cheeses . Ours didn’t have it :( and to be fair try a different kind .“
