“We just had dinner here. We love Indian food, but since moving to Oxford have yet to find any nearby. This is 25 min from us and absolutely delicious! I got the chicken bhuna and my husband got the lamb korma. We also got the aloo chat and garlic and plain naan. So so glad we found it. This will be our new spot for sure. My four year old is picky but she ate a basket of naan and mango lassi and they also have chicken fingers and other standard American bar food.“

I'm talking better than any local place in the area! Would definitely recommend this. If you're looking for fried clams this is the place to go. Oops, forgot to mention Chris the bartender. “It's one of the best places around for food. Every day there's something new on the menu and worth the money. Heard the drinks are good and when the backyard is open it's a becomes a playground for adults with bands playing, horseshoes, jumbo jinger picnic tables for card's hangout. Can't wait for 2024 summer to start“

“The Worcester Public Schools’ Coats for Kids fundraiser was held here for the first time on Oct. 24. What a great venue. The food was phenomenal, room was large enough to hold the hundreds who attended with great overflow in the adjacent bar area, the friendly staff went above and beyond and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Thanks for all you did to help us have a very successful evening.“

“Our first visit. Fish and chips and a patty melt. But first, buffalo chicken tenders for an appetizer. Fresh. Not burnt or dry. The blue cheese came in a container, would have preferred a user friendly way to get it open, but that's ok. Extensive menu made for tough decisions. But there's always next time, right? Our waitress was very diligent in getting more napkins, water. Dinner came soon after, so close to perfection! Took home my other half of my patty melt. The decor has a theme of a post office so, made sense naming the restaurant. We will return to try the other offerings on the menu.“

“First time visiting Bennie’s. I liked the neighborhood atmosphere. Yes it’s small and old but I felt that if I went more often ‘Everyone would know my name’.My husband and I ordered nachos. So good. I only wished there was more salsa served with them. We paid extra for the chicken and it was worth it.I had a glass of Josh Chardonnay and my husband had a Bud on draft.Table could have been cleaned better but I never asked them to re clean it.I definitely would go back. Would like to try some sandwiches or meals.Parking: First come first serve. Located in a plaza. We had no problem on a Sunday afternoon.“

My husband's favorite dish is the buffalo chicken tenders. I do enjoy the fried chicken dinner...such a classic! JP's is definitely a hidden gem for sure - if you have the opportunity to go there or order take out, I highly recommend it!Dietary restrictions: They take my (and others) allergies seriously.Parking: Plenty of spots. “First time coming here with my family and was skeptical since it was dark inside and zero windows to be found, (typical bar). My waiter seated us immediately and was extremely attentive. The food was very good and the attention to detail is amazing for a pub. For example, we ordered a wedge salad which came in a chilled plate (detail 1), the lettuce was cold (detail 2) with dressing and real bacon bits (detail 3). I ordered the Chicken McShaunessey which was fried chicken that was lightly breaded and came in a brioche bun with a special dressing, very tasty. We would come back here again if we were in the area.“
