“I have had nothing but positives here either dining in or out! The prices are extremely reasonable and the food is consistent every time. Even though they don’t have perfect presentation for the sushi, their rolls are really amazing. I often get the two roll lunch special with miso soup for a quick bite in town. And the waiter I’ve had a few times is very nice and informative!“

“The tuna and masago is really fresh and cucumbers are good. Got the Spicy Tuna with extra fresh Jalapeños, this ones got it right.
Portions are a bit on the smaller size compared to other places and they don't fill ur bowl up but youre getting what u pay for. With how good the quality is, it's worth the $11 bucks. I'd say it's affordable.
To make it spicier there's siriracha on the counter.

“House of Teriyaki is an Asian restaurant located right outside the UMass Amherst campus, with a decently sized dining room.
The staff were friendly and brought out the food quite quickly.
The food was alright. I got the tteokbokki, which was on the spicy side but overall quite tasty. The bibimbap had good portion sizes, and had a nice mix of toppings on it. Overall was pretty good, does lean on the expensive side but not surprised given the location it is in.
Overall, a decent try for any students in the area.“

“REFUSED MY REFUND FOR FOOD POISONING Order food with a friend on Doordash from this restaurant and everything he had was fine, my hibachi teriyaki chicken I ate made me violently sick to my stomach and I’ve been throwing up at work, and I still feel very unwell. I was perfectly fine all day, this was the first thing I even ate today as well. I became unwell half an hour after eating the chicken. Called the restaurant asking nicely if I could get a refund for the one item that was mine and I was told “this chicken hasn’t made anyone else sick all day so maybe you’re having an off day” and “our hands are tied” and they refused to give me a refund for food I can’t even finish the leftovers of. It shouldn’t matter if everyone else ate it and was fine all day, if a customer gets sick from food from your establishment it’s common decency to give them a refund for their unpleasant experience and troubles. I shouldn’t have to come here and write a bad review because of how upset I am or take it a step further and be a jerk to them on the phone or in person to get my money back, I’m not that kind of person.. but I came here to express what I had to deal because I’m very upset I spent money on something that made me unwell and I can’t even finish... 🤷🏻♀️🙄“
