“I've been to Ginger Garden plenty of times over the years, primarily to eat in the dining room. The food and service is usually pretty good. We stopped in tonight (8/4/26 8PM) for takeout, which isn't really typical for us. We sat at the bar while waiting for the food, and there were two young women working the cash register/bar area. They were absolutely delightful. Just wanted to point out how nice they were. I'm sorry to say that I didn't think to ask for their names.“

“I have been coming here for years, and every time, service has been great and the food comes out promptly. Servers are attentive and the owner/chef is very knowledgeable. Sushi rolls are especially delicious and always consistent! My favorites are the Ninja Roll and Salmon Roll.“

“I usually get the spicy tuna bowl. The quality of the fish is almost always great. My main issue is the portion sizes. They give so little rice, and I usually run out before I’m done eating all of the fish (which is not typically what happens with other poke bowls). Also, the avocados are sometimes hard as rocks, but I understand they must use what they have on hand.“

“We dined here recently and the host and servers provided phenomenal service going above and beyond. They were very friendly and polite, as well. Their menu had very vast and diversified meal options. Their food was fantastic and came quickly after ordering. The restaurant was clean and overall dining experience was excellent. “In general I like the food here very much, esecially the Korean dishes. However, I have recently had a couple of experiences that concerned me regarding the kitchen and food prep: 1) A piece of plastic (most likely from one of the ingredient containers) showed up in my entree which was a bit concerning. They did comped me the dish (probably should have comped me the entire meal which included only tea in addition to the entree) or gave me the option to get a new one; 2) An entree that contained mussels contained a broken shell with many small fragments that someone could have gotten lodged in their throat. And, I find the service to be lacking some in attentiveness particularly from some of the younger waitstaff; however that seems to be the case in many places these days. It seems that wait staff don't seem to realize that they are being tipped based upon their service and attentiveness and not just for placing the food on the table. Perhaps it's generational and related to social media use or just post-Covid behavior, either way, it's something that seems to be more common these days.“
