What’s happening? One distinction that gave Bertucci’s the edge over so many of the other Italian restaurants is that the meals like chicken parm and chicken picata were prepared with chicken that was pan fried NOT deep fried. There’s a lot I like about Bertucci’s, but deep fried chicken belongs in some fake Italian sub shop. Deep fried is not the way to go, so you guys better shape up.
