CUSTOMERS BEWARE: I traveled all the way from Schenectady NY to Boston MA with hopes to enjoy NYE. I decided to take my gf to Bertuccis because i've eaten there many times before and my gf never even heard of Bertuccis before so i wanted her to try it. HUGE MISTAKE!! And i mean, this was the mother of all regret. I took her to the newton location and we ordered our meals, had absolutely horrendous service from the get-go. You should be ashamed of yourself, I am a food critic, You have the audacity to charge a glass of wine Kendall Jackson $ 17. 25 for a glass of wine! You are no fancy restaurant a rip off. My server Angelik absolutely no personality whatsoever. I will never go back and will let people know what a rip off you are . A total disgrace, you’re not in Boston .

I was very disappointed today! I ordered soup and salad for lunch. I re wives a Luke warm soup and no salad! Sent the soup back to get warmer soup…still waiting on side salad. Slow, disorganized and disappointing! Bertuccis has always been my go to, not any more!
