I'm out of town and really enjoyed this Cafe and the delicious food bc of the lovely waitress, Alicia! All of our family loved her energy and her customer service was amazing!It was upsetting when another worker said "tone it down" to her and I hope management can address it with him bc as customers, we loved everything about her!If I come again, I would love to see Alicia again bc her customer service was like no other that we have experienced. I have mixed feelings about Britney's.. the food is yummy, which is super important. They have a huge selection of pancakes, French toasts, omelets, and beyond. However.. their prices are a little high and they pull the old fake syrup trick. They actually put fake maple syrup in a pretty glass syrup bottle!
