“We brought three generations to Special Teas to fulfill my mother’s wish to have tea with her daughters and granddaughter. It was a lovely way to spend a fall afternoon. The service was fantastic and staff were very attentive. The variety in teas allowed everyone in our group the opportunity to experience unique tea flavors. The food and desserts were phenomenally delicious and traditional and paired well with the tea fare. Thank you for giving us a wonderful afternoon and a memory that will last a lifetime.“

“Alittle more saucy than I prefer but overall very good, twice as much food as I expected. I got the teriyaki chicken sandwich, grilled. The bread was so soft with just the right tender crunch. I would eat here again. The employees were friendly and accommodating. Abe came out of the kitchen to personally ask my husband if he enjoyed his sandwich, since he (my husband) was unsure if he would like the Korean BBQ (he did like it). Emily was on the register. She was patient, helpful, and kind as we decided what we wanted, explaining different options. The restaurant was clean and quiet when we were there, but there's not a lot of sound dampening materials so I imagine it could get not quiet if they are very busy.“

“I just had the meatball sandwich and potato salad. Honest review....the meatballs are AMAZING, the bread was very fresh and delicious. Very messy to eat but worth every napkin used!! The potato salad had a bit more mayo than I like but it had a nice flavor and was really good. The price is very reasonable for the portion size and quality of food.“

“Came here at 1am after the bar with a few friends. The food wasn’t the greatest but who cares when it’s 1am and you’re drunk. The owner and nephew was really funny and you feel like you’ve known them for a bit. The diner was small but it had a lot of history in it.“

Vegetarian options: You can order a sub with no meat on it. This location also offers the veggie patty (Vegan).

Kid-friendliness: Workers are friendly with kids, I have seen kids ask for stickers, as well as employees being patient while a younger child orders their own food. After multiple encounters with teenagers loitering in the store and stealing drinks under the guise of getting water, this location may be more reluctant to offer future teenagers cups for water.

Parking: There are 5 spots in front of the building, as well as a lot connected that the neighbors use to park there is space for roughly another 5 cars there, and worst case there is a cvs lot 100 ft away.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get up to the building on the side entrance.

Dietary restrictions: Workers are knowledgeable about ingredients of their product, however are not extremely conscientious about cross contamination. As someone with severe food allergies, simply ask them to get you a clean knife and change their gloves, and if possible pull fresh containers of meat from the fridges behind the line.“

You can tell she really cares about her customers — she took her time to make sure my order was perfect and the sandwich looked amazing. It’s rare to see that kind of attention to detail and positive attitude these days. Gina’s great energy and professionalism make this Subway a place I’ll definitely keep coming back to.

“I love Jersey Mike’s and eat there often, which is why I wanted to share some feedback. The past few times I’ve ordered, the accuracy has been inconsistent.

I placed an order ahead because I was on a tight schedule at work, but when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. Thankfully, CJ was there. I’ve known him since the Gold Star Boulevard location, and he has always gone above and beyond. He didn’t know I had been waiting, but when another employee asked him to finish my sandwich, he made it quickly and with great attention to detail.

Unfortunately, another employee made my second sandwich and left off a few ingredients. I didn’t realize it until I got back to work, so I couldn’t return.

I really want to recognize CJ. He’s always friendly, professional, and makes sure orders are right. If something is off, he fixes it without hesitation. It honestly seems like every location he helps at runs more smoothly. Employees like CJ are a big reason I continue choosing Jersey Mike’s.“

“I went in there tonight and Julie the waitress was so nice she was cleaning tables and asked me if I needed anything and we had a long talk about life. She was so warm and welcoming I can't highly recommend Julie enough she is awesome to be around and a nice person. Give her a raise!“
