The staff were extremely attentive to our needs throughout the entire night. The chicken and steak were out of this world and the desserts were unbelievable. “We went for a wedding tasting today and were blown away with how amazing, kind and helpful, John and Julie were! John made us more items than we had requested and told his story behind each dish and the seasoning/cooking method. The food was absolutely amazing and I wish we could have everything on the menu at our wedding. Julie gave us the ins and outs of the timeline, options, steps by step what will happen on the wedding day, and really made us feel special. They both answered all of our questions and were very open to new ideas and modifying dishes to better fit us/our guests dietary needs. We are SO excited to have Tailgate Gourmet Catering cater our wedding in July! We HIGHLY recommend!!“
