, minor deductions for small issues like too much unrendered fat on a steak. Solid appetizers. The burgers sound very good and I will probably order those next time. Ambiance: 4/5, some of the furniture is really wobbly so be careful with your drinks. Service: 5/5
We hadn't been there for several years. We don't live in town. Some small changes in the interior but it has the same atmosphere, which is nice. Plenty of space, old structure. We sat in the back room in a large booth. Quiet and private. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. We got scallop and steak specials and both were better than average. (very good). Service is often slow, but well worth the wait! The food is always delicious , so take your appetite. Various nights there are specials, such as for burgers or pizza. The atmosphere is clean and friendly.There are plenty of on tap beer options along with options in wine and liquor.The place is remote and gives a feeling of "getting away from it all" to unwind & relax, enjoy good food and great company.
