I am truly a veggie burger snob. They are either too grainy or chickpea mushy. Emily makes hers from scratch and they are legit the best I have ever had. The pickled red onion and garlic aioli pair so well as toppings. North Sister Cafe is an amazing breakfast and lunch cafe for those who want quality, healthy, home cooked options.
