Got 2 wrong coffees, I wanted one coffee. I didn’t have time to get a refund and a new coffee. I was told to come back later. I can back 3 times. The 3rd time I was told I couldn’t get a refund. They remember the situation and explained to the manager. He told me no refund. It’s $7.90 really. You really want me to make this a big deal and I definitely will small claims court tripple damages of $7.90, court cost, and my days pay for court. $7.90 will end up costing almost...read full review
I honestly wouldn't even give them a star , i went to the dunks on Lowell st in peabody and I ordered a large ice butter pecan macchiato skim milk and a extra shot of expresso my coffee should be dark and I basically paid $6 for a cup of milk. If you want your coffee made right never go to that dunks.
