We just came from visiting Friendly’s I hadn’t been there in a long time but I got some coupons in mail and figured I’d give it another try. We went, food was good, service excellent. When we were ready for check I handed waitress my coupon which stated get one entry and second one free. Then the waitress informed me that was only good on certain items! I got 2 sundaes from this location and 1 sundae had a staple in it!! A STAPLE!!!!!! My boyfriend got a spoonful and almost swallowed it. I put a picture up to prove it as well. I called the store and the manager did not apologize or care at all and was very rude the whole time. Nothing was done for me. That’s “friendly’s” for you
