Had to wait for service when there were people walking around talking got three chipotle bowls asked for a little more protein on the chicken and they charge extra cause they only give you like a half a scoop. My bill came up to almost $60 for three bowls. One soda chips.
I have no idea how the Pittsfield, MA location is going to make it. There was one employee taking/preparing orders, two employees standing around the register while there was a line full of customers. There were a few other employees prepping in the back while others were standing around chatting. They were out of chicken, guacamole, refried beans, and chips today. Worse customer service ever experienced in my life. Been here three times, the last 2 times they are rude. I’m surprised that no one in corporate has stepped in to see about this location. Gives Chipotle a bad name.
