Dunkin' Donuts in Plainville

“I stopped into this location at around 7:30 this evening primarily because I had to go to the bathroom really bad and I was an hour from home still. I barged into the empty store and made a beeline to the restroom, which was single stall and clean enough. While I was doing my thing, I ordered a drink and some food through the mobile app as an apology for busting in there.

Food was as fresh as it gets in a Dunks, and my drink was ready as soon as I got out. The two ladies working there were quiet and were very polite. There wasn’t anyone else there.

My only real issue was that the ladies room had no toilet paper and nothing I could use to substitue that. So that was super fun.“

“Went today around 2pm (give or take) and everything was better than my old go to Dunkin. To make things better was the staff had to deal with a mom Karen (I was there when it toke place) and she was blaming the staff for her donut being watery and the coffee not tasting right (even though it was made exactly how she described it) and she blamed the staff for one of the pieces of the counter being broken even though her son banged on it and she blamed the staff and not her son for it. The staff handled the situation very well, I wanted to video the situation but I didn’t want to escalate it further. Highly recommended this Dunkin over my old one.“

“The manager. Arianna I think her name was is very helpful Extremely commited to her job whenever im in casino she is working. Amazing customer service and such a sweetheart. Even if i don't plan on going to the casino but need a coffee I choose the casino Dunkin over any drive-through in the area.“
