“Love love love this ice cream shop. The ice cream itself is really rich and delicious and the atmosphere is so welcoming and chic. The decor is just fabulous, ample seating with shades so that you can soak up the sun without getting a sunburn. Truly an atmosphere suitable for anyone! I visit 3-4 times a week, I just can’t get enough. I love to relax after work or on the weekends. To top it off the owners are truly amazing people and really offer their customers a quality experience. Customer service is 5 star!“
“Alien Ice was so perfect for an ice cream social event we had at my place of work. It gave our employees an opportunity for a sweet summer treat and a chance to mix and mingle off of the work floor. Sean was super personable and had an extensive list to choose from with such a nostalgic 90's vibe! My co workers and I always order from time to time and it’s always a good experience staff are nice and the few times I ordered if I see they had a cookie I wanted but the app said it was sold out they never said no to switch it and that always makes me happy . “We really like these cookies. Some flavors more than others. Only problem we have had is that I placed an order online in the morning and scheduled pickup for that evening. When I arrived at the store, 45 minutes away, they were sold out and the store was closed. I had already paid for my order in advance about 10 hours earlier that day. I had to call the manager the next day for a refund. I understand that they had unexpected sales. But if you paid in advance, the order should have been put aside. Despite the situation, the employee and manager were nice and I received my refund.“

“The mint ice cream is made with real crushed mint leaves, leaving it with a fresh earthy taste. It may not be to everyone's liking, but if you enjoy real mint and not the artificial stuff, then you have to have some. I love it!

“Brought my 2 little ones to get ice cream. The staff were so great and patient with them being so undecisive, as kids usually are. My 6 year old said it was the best milk shake (smores with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream) he's ever had!“
