Overall i like Paneras. i generally like places "like" Paneras.. I dont review all of them and rarely review any one of them. However i went to this Paneras recently and the way they handled an issue that arose was exceptional. Especially Brian the manager. Listen, I love Panera - but I think management could work on making sure their employees know how to prepare food here so the soup when you eat in isn’t cold and so the food when you get to go doesn’t come with toppings mixed in that should come on the side.

They always forget something in the bag. When you go back, they’re rude about it and do not offer any type of apology. And sandwiches never have enough items to even cover the bread. It wasn’t for my kids loving the mac & cheese. I would never go back to this location.
