It is rare to meet someone who clearly enjoys helping customers, but Brady made that obvious from the very beginning. His positive attitude created a great first impression and made the entire visit enjoyable.

As I looked over the menu, Brady was patient and happy to answer my questions. He explained the different spice levels, recommended some of the most popular items, and made sure I understood what I was ordering. He never rushed me or acted annoyed, even though the restaurant was busy. Instead, he stayed calm, friendly, and professional the entire time. That level of customer service is something every restaurant should strive for because it makes customers feel valued and appreciated.

My all time favorite is their flagship sandwich, “The Commonwealth.” Piled high with freshly pulled pork, some pieces bigger than others, some with the delicious bark that defines great smoked pork. Me and my two boys shared the cookie after dinner and boy was I mad that I didn’t buy 25 more. That was the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had in my life.
