I’ve only been used to mall pretzel places before finding out about Philly Pretzel Factory. The difference between the quality of food is night and day.
Philly Pretzel Factory offers more styles and flavors of pretzels and they are not over saturated with sugar and grease. If you like dips for your pretzels then they have you covered too, they have everything from buttercream frosting to my personal favorite brownie batter😋

Philly Pretzel Factory offers a wide variety of pretzels and flavors that are not over saturated with sugar and grease. The pretzels are super fresh, hot, and tasty, and the big pretzels are always hot and fresh. The menu includes soft pretzels, pretzel bites, pretzel dogs, pizza pretzels, Philly cheese steak pretzel poppers, pizza on pretzel dough, pretzel sausage and dogs, rivets, steak and cheese bites, a regular pretzel, and a pepperoni melt. There are many dip options, from buttercream frosting to brownie batter, and the number of dips and sauces is unmatched. Seasonal flavors rotate along with classic staples. Soft serve ice cream is served in a warm pretzel cone, a great combination for sweet and salty cravings. The frozen lemonade is delicious. The place is free of peanuts and tree nuts. The team is nice, hospitable, and friendly, greeting customers with smiles, and the place is kept clean. The business is family owned and the whole family helps out. Prices are extremely reasonable and quality is wonderful. The team accommodated all needs and even made special pretzels with initials for wedding gift bags.
