My co workers and I always order from time to time and it’s always a good experience staff are nice and the few times I ordered if I see they had a cookie I wanted but the app said it was sold out they never said no to switch it and that always makes me happy . “I brought my dog, Mia, with me once, and they gave her a treat at the window. Now every Sunday she wakes me up early to go to the donut store. When we pull up, she'll put her paw on the window of my truck and drool down the side of the door. Most of the time it's inside on the door panel.I order a coffee and a half dozen plain Dew Drops for us to share. But she's happy, and that's the whole reason we go.I think they know it.“

“These wonderful women did it again! with having very specific requests for my daughter's sweet 16 ... they delivered! the red velvet and vanilla cake was decadent yet still light. the favor cookies were a huge hit, especially the evil eye! They even nailed the writing on the cake in Greek! I will continue to trust Traditions with all of our bakery needs for special events! Thank you doesn't seem good enough, but thank you❤️“

“Just wanted to give a HUGE shoutout to Shay/Shea/Shae! Today I happened to be driving by your East Providence location and I got really excited because I LOVE your apple Babka! So I figured why not, I'll stop in and see if it's a storefront or just the distribution center. I was greeted by Shay/Shea/Shae and she was awesome. She let me know that the apple Babka was a seasonal item, which made me cry a little on the inside but then she told me about the new Lemon Ricotta. I mentioned I was never crazy about Ricotta in pastry. I thanked her for her time and was about to leave when she said hang on and handed me a Lemon Ricotta Babka and a Pretzel to try and told me to just try it and let you guys know what I thought. Well let me tell you I was very wrong about ricotta in pastry, I am sorry. It was amazing! My Wife was super pumped when she got home as well. And truth be told I have never in my life eaten a pretzel...it was delicious as well! So this is just a little thank you. The best marketing by far is a smiling face and a warm experience. I knew I loved your products but after today I will sing your praises to anyone I know because of how amazing Shay/Shea/shae is/was! (I'm really sorry for not knowing how to properly spell your name!) People make the difference. You can have the best product on the planet, but if the experience in getting that product sucks it's just not as good.“
