Server :Nicholas was Excellent! He definitely deserves a raise! He was overseeing numerous tables and busy the entire time including wiping down and clearing tables. The hostess was not at the front station as we arrived. She was at the kitchen along with the manager talking with kitchen staff the entire time basically while we were there. My family "dined" at the Plymouth location last night and it was quite possibly the worst restaurant experience we have ever had. We had a 530pm reservation for 10. We arrived to a very quiet restaurant and were seated at a larger table in the back-room area. Our waitress was lovely. She handled drinks promptly and courteously and took our orders. Went here on a Tuesday with my husband. I had a very good N.Y. Sirloin, with veggies that were cooked to Al dente (which I prefer👍🏻😄) but he had an under cooked Ribeye.
