Great brewery with lots of options and great people. Highly recommend!
By far one of my new favorite breweries! Ya'll were so much fun and I'll definitely be back. ?
Friendly staff, delicious kombucha, great vibes. Recommended hidden gem!
There are too many brewery options to justify visiting one with poor service and unkind, reluctant help. Came for the first time on a Saturday evening and will not return. I told the woman working behind the bar that I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She grunted and stared at me in response (and continued to stare me down the few minutes it took me to determine my order). There was no one else actively waiting to place an order, she could have helped. My friend asked if the woman had any suggestions and somehow she did not have any. Another customer heard us and provided me with a menu that had details about the available options. I asked her a question about a beer as I was not familiar. She was so unhappy to answer my question and made me feel silly for requesting education. Then she seemed to question if I could handle the 9% 12 oz beer. I am 26, and she made a comment about me looking young which I felt impacted the quality of service I received. She was very kind to the older men around me though. More than that occurred but that was the very first impression I received of Independent Fermentations. We had one beverage and left because of the service.
Stopped in on a Tuesday just touring the area from Ohio because we’re beer nerds and loved this place! Larry was working and gave us an amazing experience. The beer on tap is very good and the hospitality from Larry was amazing. We talked for most of the time and learned a lot about the Plymouth/MA brewing scene. It seems this brewery is a staple for brewing in the area and a must stop if you’re a beer fan. They have a lot of cool events and the beer store if you want to home brew. We’re not from the area but highly recommend this brewery!
Great folks here!
Hefe, IPA (West Coast and NEIPA) and the Pilsner were exceptional. Usually one or two aren't quite on point. Not here ! Damn, damn good beers.
If you are thirsty and near Long Pond Road, drive into the Camelot Industrial Park and visit this brewery.Great beer. Kombucha. Plus some snacks.Kids are welcome. Dogs are welcome. Bring everyone and have a good time.Parking is no problem.Maybe you will find something else you want in the Industrial Park as you head out?
Always a good drink and good people

Really down home place with some amazing concoctions. The owner/Brew Master seems to enjoy experimenting and sharing with the customers.I'll be back, that's for sure. Also has an adjoining brew supplies store. If you want to have a drink and talk about some home brew, this is the place on the south shore.I am making some wine with the help of the supplies I bought there.
It has become the only place we go for great beer. We have tried others..my husband has a great plate for taste and balance...The owners make the place so inviting...and if you bring a friendly 4 legged family member...there will be mostly homemade treats for them...
picked up a bottle from three fins coffee roasters and it’s the best kombucha i’ve ever had!!! it’s even better than the big brands!
Nice little brewery.
I love this place and while I don't go often enough as I want to, I never regret going. Totally worth it.
