I had a keto chocolate cake for my birthday as well as a donut and some other dessert and it didn't spike my blood sugar AT ALL which is an actual miracle. I was seriously considering moving out of taxechusetts but this place is making me second guess that.

Oh wow, incredible keto bakery that has quickly become my favorite! They truly are amazing, not only for their delicious treats but also for their outstanding customer service. Although a few of the items I wanted were unavailable, they promptly contacted me to inform me about the situation and went above and beyond to make it right by providing me with some incredible free items. I can't express enough how much I appreciate their effort. Everything I received was fantastic, and I'm thoroughly enjoying every bite. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing! I've been on a keto kick for 5 years now and I find it hard to have a "cheat day", or just find something that doesn't taste like saw dust.I've tried to make my own keto snacks either through internet recipes or buying from a box. I'd rather just leave it to the pros at Keto 1620! They sell everything keto, from pre-made packaged stuff, to ingredients and of course their own delicious baked goods....I come for the baked goods. I've tried almost everything now and they haven't disappointed me yet!

I am so happy I found this bakery. I am so impressed with the flavors that you have managed to give your treats all while staying true to keto. I love the transparency of your labeling and the variety of items you deliver. I wish you were closer but you are so worth the drive. The only downside is I wasn't able to try everything... yet. OH MY GOSH!I saw this bakery recommended to me on my shop app when I was tracking food delivery--frozen keto lunches/dinners--from elsewhere. This recommendation came at a great time, because almost 6 weeks into this diet (for medical reasons), I really felt down about missing out on all the food I was giving my husband.I ordered cinnamon buns and apple cider donuts and had them shipped to me in New Jersey. I do highly appreciate any time a bakery is willing to ship their products out-of-state without ripping you off (try ordering semolina bread from other bakeries to loved ones in Tennessee and you'll see what I mean). I know it's a pain in the butt and quality control is tricky. Anyways, the packaging was very thoughtfully put together to keep things fresh and totally worth the cost of delivery (I might even re-use some of it tbh).I hadn't been able to stop thinking about the cinnamon buns since I ordered them so I tried to hold off until the morning but I dove right into one only 30 minutes ago. And it tastes unbelievably delicious. Like I feel like I must be doing something terribly bad when I eat these but I'm not! Definitely recommend those!Thank you Keto 1620! I'll definitely be ordering again!

We just discovered this little bakery in Plymouth. Their pastries are DELICIOUS!The service was excellent, friendly and informative.A MUST STOP for anyone looking for KETO Friendly sweets!!!Ignore complaints about the prices. I have paid twice as much for donuts half the size and half the flavor. They have reasonable prices for delicious KETO treats.

Love the chocolate covered peanut butter bars and apple cider donuts with my morning coffee. Highly recommend themThe new store hours are terrible though as Monday and Tuesday were the only days of the week I could make the long drive over ☹️

Absolutely fantastic. I have not been more excited about a bakery in my life but I've also been keto for 12 years and this is the first actually keto friendly one I've ever found. I cannot recommend it enough. Everything has been great and was so good the first time that I spent 500 dollars stuff to bring home and freeze the second time since I live a couple hours away. All the prices are reasonable, and surprisingly low considering the quality, and I cannot want to go back again. I'll be ordering some to be shipped soon and if this place was a little closer to me I would stop in everyday. Absolute gem of a place and as someone that's been cooking and baking for a decade, I'd love to catch the owner next time and pick her brain about some of her secrets because I've just been blown away with everything I've tried. A must try if you're keto or GF and even if you're not!
