Plymouth House Pizzeria & Pub

Ordered two pizzas. Both pizzas smelled great but were not cooked. Dough was raw. Seems like they just warmed up the pizza and gave it to us. They also double charged me and I called and said something and they said they’d let me know within 24 hours that they’ve refunded me. It’s been over 24 hours, no call. Do not eat here there’s better pizza in Plymouth than this place that can’t even fully cook their food to begin with

Been here about 3 times while traveling I did check for reviews before deciding on this place & another close by pizza shop. Gotta say this was a great choice. Got the Gluten free cheese pizza and it was cooked perfect- (I did say crispy).
Rest of my crew was very happy with their dinner too. The chicken w rice & veggies was delish and also got the bacon potato skins, very tasty.

We ordered pizza to be delivered, contactless delivery, for my kids. They told us an hour and 10 minutes. An hour and 40 minutes later, someone arrived and continued to pound on the door for several minutes until my daughter texted me and I called the restaurant. Remember, contactless delivery. A little hard to imagine a scenario where I’d go back to them after that.

The staff is amazing! However the owner is a low life piece of trash! Calling minors losers and cornering them in the back of his establishment. Making them feeling scared! Forcing them to work on the line and cook for him. All while telling them they aren’t worth it. And that they suck! Not to mention the lack of kitchen safety that ISN’T performed there!! Here’s a kicker. If you work for this owner and your parent passes while, he won’t care. He will wait a few days after your parent’s funeral service to fire you and tell you that you don’t know how to cook…even after you trained the newer cooks. Then treat your family who still works there like trash. Disgrace of a “family” establishment.

I placed my first order for delivery tonight. I mainly pick our food up. We love their wings and pizza. I gave instruction on delivery. I get a text asking if they were at the correct place, I said I am in the driveway with the light on. I go out side and see no one. I go to the front of the building and our food is sitting on the ground. The delivery person text me and said they left it there cause I didn't answer my phone. Well excuse me a person has to pee. The delivery person told me I should give better instructions. Who the hell are you talking to. Told them I could not have been more clear with instructions Driveway, light will be on. The kicker is I paid on line with my card. I never add a tip online. I always tip with cash. Since my order was left on the ground and driver took off. I had no one to give a tip to. Driver lost out on a tip, but our food as always very good. I will be picking our food up after this. Delivery person very rude needs to take customer service lessons.

I make the drive to get their vegan cheese pizza!! It is soooo delicious and it makes me so happy that I have a place that offers dairy free cheese pizza. Highly recommend for a dairy free choice!

Unfortunately, my fiancé and I can say it's the worst pizza we've ever eaten. We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, and it was literally swimming in oil. We tried to remove the excess, but it was impossible, so we only ate one slice and took the rest home. When we got it, the pizza was very soggy from the grease.

The food comes quickly and service is amazing. They also have free refills and desserts are really nice. It has a kid friendly atmosphere.

Pizza is not good... oil seeping through pizza box, hardly any sauce, burnt cheese. Should not have the name pizzeria. Although the service was fast

I ordered a gluten free potato skin pizza last Friday and it was one of the best gluten free pizzas that I have had. So good! Thank you!
