Had a hair in my pizza manager said he would refund my $ , never did and he was too busy listening to someone chatting in the background of phone then to me and was so rude !!!!
I was very nice about but now I am pissed that my $ wasn’t refunded for a pizza that $30 and only one slice that hair in was taken .. pizza was thrown away.. don’t order from them !!!
Have ordered here many times.. I'm 4.4 miles away. Was told recently they don't deliver to my address, and then coupled with "they're really busy". I wrote to "feedback", and was responded to by Rose.

they're horrible at taking orders , in the past 5 months not sure if new owner new cooks, or just the lack of training but the food it trash ! I used to love this place but either they mess up on the pizza it's cardboard box nasty flat and the subs are so filled with meat ( turkey) it's falling out the sides breaking the whole roll itself barely any lettuce or pickles! last time I got a turkey sub the bread was hard as a rock and it had barley any turkey meat , what is going on...read full review
