Ciro & Sal’s is hands-down the best restaurant in Provincetown. I’ve been coming here since before I could walk, and it’s still the place I look forward to every time I visit. The atmosphere is charming and unique. The pasta (+ sauce) is consistently great. The portions of all dishes are generous here. Always reliable, always delicious. In a town of sometimes middling and sometimes outright disappointing restaurants, Ciro & Sals consistently delivers. Last night was very busy and I was a bit fearful us wanting to split a single appetizer and entree would be met with resistance. The waiter was most gracious and told us to order only what we wanted without issue.
