Amazing location on the bay, near the National Seashore and Provincetown, tons of on site activities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, Pickleball, basketball and more. Great staff, very helpful! Each unit is a one bedroom (2 Queen or Full size beds) with kitchen and living room. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation!
we spent a week at sandcastle. the resort is old and tired. the grounds are fine. it is on the water and close to provincetown. There is an indoor pool, which we didn't use. Our room was a studio with a murphy bed. The bed barely fit two adults. The mattress was old and tired. The couch lost its comfort a while ago. I would go back, but would stay away from the studios.

Great location with terrific restaurants nearby and lots to see and do. Check in at the front desk was very quick. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities were well maintained and parking was easy and convenient.
