Only one listed vegan option, but you can probably ask them to sub the vegan cheese on other sandwiches. I had the Vegan Disco and it was really good. The cheese was completely melted and the BBQ sauce was great. They also have gluten free bread.

(Caveat - wish it were ALL vegan— but.) Heard this place served vegan grilled cheese sandwiches so checked it out. The enthusiastic man who served us suggested an off-menu vegan version of “The Artist” with mushrooms, onions, a green which seemed like spinach (not sure maybe kale?), and balsamic on rye. Served with a small cup of tomato basil vegan soup. Taste: Delicious!! Presentation: Fantastic. Service: Upbeat. Oh. And did I mention unicorns? 🦄 Yup. They’re there. Fun, friendly place with a couple of tasty vegan options, the “vegan disco” with vegan cheese and kimchi and the “artist” with mushrooms, onions, and truffle oil (vegan upon request). love the grilled cheese gallery! every year when we come to the cape we look forward to stopping here (: delicious comfort food, and phenomenally sweet staff! this place is an absolute must!! they are also very accommodating to a vegan diet, which was such a delightful surprise !

Every trip to Provincetown, so long that this place is open, I will always come by! This time, I got The Veggie Daddie Grilled Mac & Cheese, and it was AMAZING!!!
Everyone here is so cheerful, the service is spot on. It's definitely worth it to sit down and enjoy the art of Grilled Cheese.

Love the vibe of this place! Highly recommend The Cowboy; Pulled pork mac n cheese is amazing on a grilled cheese! They gave us soup and a gratuitous amount of napkins! Check it out if you're in Ptown!

Simply indulgent, and oh-so delicious to the last buttery bite! This gem of a place is a shining example of how to take a classic comfort food and turn it up to 11 while keeping a firm eye on the nostalgia factor. Who doesn't love a freshly made grilled cheese? Who doesn't love an ooey-gooey mac & cheese? Why not enjoy both in one bite? I was 100% skeptical but I believe in the magic that is a mac & grilled cheese.

Feeling adventurous I tried The Chesterfield, a wonderful pulled pork-focused grilled cheese. As a connoisseur of pulled pork, I was amazed at how they positively nailed the recipe. It was **chef's kiss**.

Is it possible to say I just had the best grilled cheese sandwich of my 50+ year life? Well, I just said it, so yes. The little complimentary bit of tomato-basil soup made the meal.
