As someone who is always searching for memorable local food experiences, The Grilled Cheese Gallery was one of the best discoveries of our trip to Provincetown.

This isn't just a grilled cheese restaurant—it's a creative take on a classic comfort food, executed exceptionally well. We sampled A Night in Amsterdam, The Mac Daddy, The Queen Brie, and The Trail Boss, and each sandwich had its own distinct personality and flavor profile.

A Night in Amsterdam delivered a unique combination of flavors that elevated it far beyond a traditional grilled cheese. The Mac Daddy was decadently rich, packed with creamy comfort in every bite. The Queen Brie struck a beautiful balance of sweet and savory, while The Trail Boss was hearty, bold, and deeply satisfying.

The quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. Perfectly toasted bread, expertly melted cheese, and thoughtfully crafted flavor combinations made every sandwich stand out. The cheese pulls alone were enough to make any foodie smile.

The service is wonderful. Since nothing is premixed they are flexible with exchanging flavors. The food is really good. They are not cheap with the cheese.

Decent grilled cheese and nice people, but seemingly increasing prices and small artisanal portion sizes.

Delicious food and really wonderful customer service. The guys behind the counter were so kind and patient with our family. And the sandwiches! Oh my goodness, the buttery toasted sourdough was fantastic! 🤤 The kids already said they want to come back before we return home. We will definitely be back.

This place is WORTH it! You can tell by the art of their grilled cheeses! We didn't order the Jalapeño one but when it came out for someone else, it was hanging and the cheese was just oozing down! 👀 The guys working behind the counter are absolutely awesome! Great personalities and acknowledging everyone who comes in and leaves. Definitely don't change, keep up the awesome customer service! This is one place we'd go again when we go up there again!
