“We found Catering by Terrie while searching for local caterers for our unexpectedly rushed wedding. Most catering companies declined the request as the wedding was planned for less than two months away. Terrie not only agreed to work within the limited schedule, but also adapted some of the dishes from her catering menu to accommodate some of our guests with restrictions. Terrie’s team was punctual, polite, and professional. The food was fantastic, and by the end of the evening all the guests were well-fed. Many compliments were received on the charcuterie board, curry noodle bowls, coconut shrimp, chicken parmesan sliders, and many others. Set-up and take-down also went without a hitch. With all of the headache and stress that went into a wedding planned on such short notice, Terrie and her team graciously handled one of the biggest aspects, and helped to make the day as perfect as we could have hoped.“

“I ordered takeout off of grubhub to use a coupon that I had. Problem was, it was Memorial Day. Grubhub showed them as open so I placed the order for a chicken katsu bento box. I get to the place and it's dark inside, but has a doorbell saying to ring for pickup.I do so, and after a minute the owner (Dwayne) comes out and says he's closed. I show him my receipt and he goes in the back to the ticket printer and comes back out and says grubhub says he's open but he's only working a half day. I expect him to tell me to cancel the order but he says he'll make the food but it'll take a few minutes. I say ok and thank him.Maybe 10 minutes go by and he comes out and apologizes for the time mixup (as if I'm not the annoying customer ordering food on a holiday!). The food was great! Bento box was full of a few different items including chicken curry katsu, rice, steamed veggies, California rolls, and shumai and mini vegetable rolls.Really great price and food and I can't thank Dwayne enough for making the food anyway even though I told him I'd just cancel the order. Definitely will be ordering again but on a non-holiday!“

“Our experience with BonaPita was exceptional! I ordered on behalf of my company (for about 20 people) and they answered all of my questions, were able to make our rather last minute order for the weekend event, followed up to ensure everything was sent correctly, AND I was told the food was incredible. Among my and my guests favorites: fruit salad, assorted platter of wrap sandwiches, frittata, and chicken caprese. Stephanie's food is always consistently delicious and the presentation is attractively arranged.“

“First visit today, although we live somewhat in the neighborhood and I am already kicking myself for not having got here sooner. Red tabbouleh spicing was very punchy and vivid. Allspice in the stuffed grape leaves make them worth coming back for, not something I think I've ever said about stuffed grape leaves before. Most unforgettable was the red lentil soup with its soft rich velvety texture over two or three layers of different delicious flavors. “TCA was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked them early in the planning process, at the same time as our venue. When our venue decided to not honor their contract with us in favor of taking on a bigger, more lucrative wedding, TCA stepped up and immediately helped us find an alternate venue. Their guidance and support through that process was invaluable and made an incredibly upsetting situation much easier. We just had our wedding a few weeks ago, and our guests are still RAVING about the food, the bar service and the quality of the service overall. We opted to do more of a cocktail party style wedding, with passed apps, followed by small plates without assigned seating. We were a bit nervous about the plan since its different from a typical seated dinner, but TCA helped us execute the plan perfectly. The food was outstanding - everything tasted fresh, seasonal, and like it was right out of the kitchen. They were amazing about catering to specific dietary needs and ensured everyone had plenty of options. We had a specific individual from their server team who was assigned to us all night, and she was amazing about checking on us and making sure we always had drinks in our hands and that we got to eat all of the delicious food. They also gave us tons of food to take home and our freezer is stocked with leftovers that we can't wait to eat. They were very flexible with allowing us to arrive early in the day to decorate the hall : once for a wedding reception and another time for a baby shower. The menu for both occasions was very flexible and the quality of the food was really great. But as good as all that was , the staff was amazing. They were always available, polite, efficient, and responsive to our needs/wants. We will always use Smith’s Catering for all of our forthcoming events.

Catherine as event planner is so expert! She worked w the bride and groom and guided them to optimal choices. She was always available, very flexible, and very resourceful. The food was spectacular! We keep hearing “best food ever” from our guests. Even after pre dinner activities went beyond allotted time, the food was delivered hot, perfectly done (filet and salmon) and creatively plated. They're perfect for board meetings when I need consistency and on-time delivery but also ideal for a last-minute team lunch. Last week, we held our company picnic and right when the delivery was due, we were hit with torrential downpours and a thunderstorm. When the delivery arrived, the driver was so patient and assured me he wasn't in a rush and waited for the rain to calm down but still made the effort to set up for me in the drizzle. I make it a point to visit the best donut spots in cities i visit and i still havent found a place that tops this. Get there early because they sell out. I also never been to their other locations, just the original one (which can sort of be out of the way from the rest of the city)“
