“This turned out to be a really nice surprise. I was in the area and wanted to head to some random steakhouse. Both the short rib and the Italian Wedding soup were fantastic. Unbelievably delicious, considering I found this place randomly.Too bad I live an hour away otherwise I'd order delivery from them a lot.“
“I love this place. My friends introduced it to me when I first moved to the area and my husband, son, and I have been going ever since. They do dollar oysters every day until 5:30pm, which is hard to find these days. It's the best deal in town! We also love the poutine and there's usually a few great local/seasonal beers on draft. Great atmosphere and the guys who work here are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Highly recommend!“
“Ive been a client of this bar for 30yrs? -One word.. pastrami.. Their pastrami melt is out of this world.. All the food is fresh and really good actually.... Great cliental, amazing staff.. They have improved tremendously this past year.. . My only beef if that you can NOT expect to get a cocktail past 12:25am.. Im quite sure its NOT the bartenders fault.. Is what it is.. After 30 plus years of loyal patronage I still love the place.. Its a classic, huge square bar with excellent service.. What more can you ask for.. A legacy Rozzi bar.. ??“
“Had a great dinner here Saturday night with a party of 7! Karen was our server and she was fantastic! The food and drinks were delicious. We had a margarita pizza, a charcuterie board and mussels for appetizers, and then I had the duck for dinner and would definitely order it again. Everyone else enjoyed their meals as well! Highly recommend!“
“Driving up, my first impression was that the place was closed; the windows were dark and it was difficult to figure out which door was the entrance. The signage was confusing and had two business names including "O'Leary's Pub." We went in and the place was neat and well organized although somewhat dated and a bit worn down and old (sort of like most of the patrons the average age of which was probably 75). There was also an unused stage--damned shame since I love live music. BUT... To me, the food and the service matter the most since that's what we were there for! The server was very friendly and prompt, and we ordered a tuna melt and pot roast--both were delicious! So I'm giving this one 5 stars.“
“Went on the weekend for brunch. Called ahead for reservations. When we arrived, most of the tables had reservation signs. Filled up as we were there. They have a good size bar as overflow seating but no bartender on duty, just regular wait staff. Reservations are a good idea. The Corned Beef Hash Benny was great. You get a choice of English Muffins or Hash Browns. I got it on the Hash Browns. It's different but delicious. The odd thing is that you get home fries, too. Potato everywhere. Maybe with Hash Browns, you could have a non-potato side?Parking: They don't have their own parking lot. But if you look on their website, they show at least 3 parking lots very close by that allow Brickhouse Cafe customers to park for free.“
“First time. Had the hangover burger, fried egg on top and medium rare to perfection! Also has a good variety of drafts. Had the Maine lunch. Nice, clean atmosphere and attentive service. Definitely going back.TYParking: MultipleWheelchair accessibility: Ramp on side.“
“To paint a picture with words I would say Alluring, Charming, Captivating, Ravishing, Elegant, and Pulchritudinous. The Adams Inn is where my aunt chose to say “I Do” to her forever. Not only is the location an alluring presentation of visual appeal and serene escape. Denise is an absolute example of what TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like, feels like, and should be like. Her exemplary service that was provided from Day 1 of the walk through all the way to the big day was an absolute experience. It was an honor to work with such a professional who showcased so much pride, care, and dedication to my aunt's big day! Thank you, Denise. The Visuals: Gazebo - Being born and raised in Boston, I never experienced Quincy from this perspective. The angle that the gazebo sits allows for the creation of an island getaway. By day (in the right weather) you are out in the mindset of a personal island engulfed with the ambiance of what your imagination can bring to life. The walk across the bridge from the parking area to the gazebo sets the tone for the arrival into the opening of the gazebo. Beauty upon Beauty upon Beauty surrounds you as the charm of the city view coupled with the surrounding of water captures you in the moment. To walk my aunt into the gazebo and then down the aisle, we are talking about a majestic moment of love filled magic, heartfelt blessings, and undenying charm. Tent - The tents are simple and present as a blank canvas which allows for your creativity to shine. With clean lines and an all white backdrop, this area sets the tone as a visual continuation to piggyback off of the gazebo and natural elements of nature that surround it. As the food is housed (we did buffet style) in a different area, you are able to maximize off of the entire space and blend elements. As if that isn’t enough… As we ate, Denise and her team transformed the Gazbo from the intimate Love of my Life setup that it was to the Love themed after party hot spot. Talk about swift work, perfect execution, and a new level of charm after dark!!! Wowsers!!! More than just a wedding. My aunt's big day was transformed into a Love focused, family themed, First Day to the Rest of My Life extravaganza… and to think… All of this happened right over the bridge in Quincy, Massachusetts at the Best Western Adams Inn Quincy-Boston. Wow! Thank you to the staff for making everything perfect. Special THANK YOU to Denise for owning the entire process and making it an experience to remember. Also, thank you to the chef as everyone ate every bite of food. Regardless of if you desire a simple - classic wedding, or an over the top themed wedding, The Adams Inn is the ideal location and Denise is the person to make it happen!!!! Here’s to the memories we will have for the rest of our lives!!!! Thank you… #CooperLopesWedding“
“This place is absolutely fantastic! Burger, hotdog, fries and two iced cold bud drafts that were extremely fresh a whopping $13.68!! The bartenders were polite, laid back and professional and the atmosphere was fantastic! If everyone was not a regular the sure made you feel like you were one.. Highly recommend if you want pub/bar style atmosphere and food! 6/5 stars“
“On behalf of my family, I would like to thank the staff for hosting my brothers funeral reception. We also had his 50th birthday day at Doyle’s only four years ago. The food was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. A special thank you to Marc Garcea for his help and hard work.“
“Took a walk on Wollaston Beach and ended up here ( as usual) for wings, pizza, hot dog and my favorite... 5 second pour vodka into a Bloody Mary made the old fashioned way WOW!!Food is always hot out of the kitchen... pub/dive bar food( said with love) all for 40 bucks ( food and 4 Mary's)and plenty of real life dive bar patrons.... love this place!!!“
“Went to lunch yesterday. I had the Cobb salad and a draft IPA. My friend had the vegetarian wrap. Both were excellent. Great service & a very nice place. I highly recommend. Plenty of parking across the street & next to the restaurant.Parking: Look for the Brick & Beam parking signs“
“They made it through the covid alright. They managed through alright! Saw James Montgomery Sunday afternoon. 4 hours of music. GREAT!!! I haven't seen him perform in decades LOL Usually on Sunday afternoon, they have open mike . If you want to practice in front of a live audience? Let it rip!!!U can get food to go, But I like the atmosphereGood staff & plenty of staff. Clean bathrooms. They have a sign out front with the week's special guests. Bands around the area and they have some that are not. Go to the website? Or drive bye. Better yet, go grab a bite to eat,by the way, the cook is good & quick. My wife went to a crochet class last Wednesday night. I wasIn the bar and table area to play pool and KenoSo stop reading this and Go, AlreadyMom's and Dad, Tell Ur Significant Other to get baby sitter and get out of the house. If you're not boggled down with kids ,go have fun. If you're looking for someone to have fun with,go to players. There's a lot of singles there on weekends. I don't get paid for this, I'm not a robot. I just know a good place when I see one“
“It's a great place to eat or drink. It's kid friendly and very good for the prices. I usually just order they're Chill and chips to go but when I finally did sit down, the service was great and the food came out in a timely manner. They've got my vote for sure. Try the chilli and chips and you'll be pleasantly hooked too.“
“It's a bit shocking as you expect a dive bar, and they do have dive bah tendencies, and the food is all amazing! Talk about service, the bartenders are some of the best around. You're not going to go here for high end, you are going to go here to understand what a neighborhood bar and restaurant is. And it's amazing. Will note - at busier times the parking sucks, bit there is the church parking across the street ?“
