To avoid the staff becoming frustrated with you, make sure to: 1) Pick your menu items quickly and 2) pick drinks quickly, and if they are from fridge take drinks with you to final register If you do not do this, you may be called out in public by folks at register, and it can be a little embarrassing. “After months of wanting to go to Chub's, I finally had lunch there today. My only regret is not going sooner.

The staff were very attentive and kind. Even though it's counter service, they checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything.

I ordered the brisket dinner with mac & cheese and potato salad, it was phenomenal. The brisket was so tender, it was falling off my fork. It tasted out of this world and is some of the best brisket I've ever had!

I also loved that they have a gift shop corner highlighting different local artisans. It's obvious they take pride in being part of the local community and are raising up others by sharing their success. Being able to shop local and invest into our community is very important to me.

“I don't think that I've ever left a review at any restaurant I've ever been to but when I tell you as soon as I took a bite out of their food my face lit up. this was possibly the greatest steak sandwich I've ever had and the fries were perfect. there's really nothing else to say besides the fact that the staff was the best and kept checking if we needed anything, the food and drinks came out fast too. You have to try their Portuguese beans, huge portion enough for two, best in the area.. first was recommended by Donna been getting them since. “We are sorry it took us so long to discover The Square Peg. Cozy, old colonial vibe, delicious fall sangria and scrumptious comfort food. Our first visit was a perfect complement to our day visiting farm stands and enjoying a beautiful October Saturday. A bonus is that the location could rival Salem in October minus the crowds. Just perfect. We loved the chili with sour cream, cheese and onions on top, the patty melt and the ahi tuna tacos. All were delicious and reasonably priced. We look forward to visiting many times.“
