I ordered their pulled pork combo with fries coleslaw and broccoli, and it was tasty. Nice coleslaw that wasn't heavy with the mayo. Definitely check this spot out if you're in the area for some good bar food.“

“Everything I've ever bought was delicious. So far I've had the chicken parm calzone, slices of pepperoni pizza and Greek salad and they were all great. The bread they give on the side of the salads is also delicious ? I don't usually crave salads but when I do, I get them here“

“I was out and about exploring Rhode Island when I happened to stumble across this hidden gem called Modern Diner in the city of Pawtucket. All the times ive gone to pawtucket and somehow I missed this? Well I had to end that and decided the following weekend i would go and check it out with my family. As we approached i got my nostalgia butterfly's and was super excited to see the inside as the outaide looks like someone opened a time capsule and put this here (and the gas station across the street) and for anyone who dont know me, im a big history buff and love historical things which I found out this place was the first diner ever put on the national register of historic places. As I walked in i noticed one side (the right) was more modernized and not part of the 1940s streamliner. I let the hostess know I want the left side (The Streamliner). After a short wait we got called up where I entered into the streamliner and immediately gained a huge smile. This thing was like walking into a museum that you can eat in, from the old clock on the wall, the microphone to make announcements or call order numbers on and so much more. Now the big question is how's the food going to be, I ordered like I havent ate in 3 days. Bacon, eggs (overeasy), toast, custard French toast with fruits, a eggs Benedict with American bacon plus the ham and then orange juice and coffee. Of course the first thing I had was bacon and immediately after biting into the bacon my eyes lit up. The bacon was cooked to perfection, litarally a couple crunches and the rest melted in my mouth, the hollandaise sauce had so much flavor, the eggs had plenty of yoke for my toast, at this point I needed another coffee because mannnn, I felt like I was in heaven. I then started to eat the french toast with custard and although I kept being mad at myself for not getting a bacon egg and cheese omelet it was cool to try something different and something that was their specialty and on The Food Network. All in all, ill be back for that omelet but if you havent tried this place, GO THERE AND GET YOUR FOOD ON. They close at 1pm so get there early because there will be a wait but its well worth it. Huge shout out to this place for TRULY keeping it original. 💯“

“What a fun spot! They have so many great liquors to try and games to play if you want to hang with friends. We didn’t get to try any cocktails but the menu looked great. We took a bottle of the foragers gin and walnut espresso home with us as well as a set of the cute RI shot glasses. Definitely stop by if you are a fan of unique spirits!“

“Was there last night with family! Had a great time, yummy food & delicious drinks😉 I had two spicy margaritas 🥵with just the right amount of heat. The brisket melt with the homemade fries that I have to say were the best 🥰. The slaw on the melt was very tasty too😋 All in all the food was very good. Everyone at the table enjoyed what they had!! And the wait staff is wonderful too. They were all so pleasant!“

“Overall food is very tasty, I love the chicken tacos . They do pack the tortillas with a good amount of meat however they did make their tortillas smaller compared to 4 years ago. One incident of “ never receiving my order” and no I did not call any other location. Outside of that service and atmosphere is okay not over the top just efficient which is normal . Cash + card payment

“Monday morning in Providence, and I needed biscuits with gravy, and a spot I could set my laptop up for an hour. It was early enough (and not a weekend thankfully) that I accomplished this here. Service was quick, friendly, and attentive. Tracy (I believe that's right) was just great. Food came out quickly and was a tasty way to start the morning. Exactly the vibe you would expect at a classic New England diner outside the city 💜“

“Wonderful bakery! Excellent coffee served in a tall glass mug, many varieties of empanadas and other hot foods. They have a huge selection of goodie and a comfortable cafe. I love this bakery and the wonderful friendly staff: always kind and welcoming! Coffee tastes better in a glass mug. The store has a nice selection of foods. This is a nice place to visit.“

GREAT meal, especially loved the tuna salad roll and the grapenut pudding, and our South Carolina friends went wild for the stuffies. The grill cook was especially friendly! Will be back.“
