“The chorizo salmon is the standout dish of the restaurant. It is a wonderful feeling when you order a dish and the waiter replies, “great choice” and you can tell they genuinely mean it. I have never had salmon cooked to such a perfect temperature upon request. They got it spot-on at the first try, indicating that when they cook seafood, they do so in a deliberate and expert manner.“

“We loved this restaurant! It’s so easy to find parking and table without reservations. They are very busy but they are a great team. Nice experience eating delicious seafood. So good that you will feel “light” at the end of the meal. Recommended for casual dinners!“

“Came for lunch with a business partner and really enjoyed the sushi. Try clean restaurant, friendly and attentive server. Very fresh sashimi platter included tuna, salmon, white tuna and was delicious! So many great and different rolls (maki) on the menu I will definitely be back to try other selections! Located in a plaza with lots of ample parking too!“
“My first time going was at the end of March for my friends birthday. I thought, “this is gonna be easy” and “this is silly,” both of those statements were WRONG. It is not only super fun, but no one is judging you. If you mess up or are making a fool of yourself with your friends- doesn’t matter. Go have a good time! It’s genuinely lovely. I started going every Thursday and Friday and get excited every week about it“
“I was driving from Worcester to Springfield so I decided to take the scenic route, I was parched so I stopped into what looked like a green home, but there was a sign that said shi’s pub outside, I was like aahhh a pub a perfect place for a little bubbly, well this place did not disappoint, great drinks, great vibe, great live music on sat nights so I’ve heard. Also the bar tender was a medium height, dark haired boy who I assume was a very passionate and effective lover.“
“Please upgrade your offers to include a seltzer on tap (suggest Truly Wildberry) and a Chardonnay wine. I'm offering these suggestions based on what we hear when we are there or together talking about your business or other local breweries. We support Seven Saws and many of our neighbors and family members join us at your locations. Our children come from surrounding towns to support you. We absolutely love that you are here in our little town. We truly enjoy your live music, your patio and firepit. It's a positive experience, we're so happy you were able to expand your business. We Thank You!!“

“My husband and I sat at the bar. Bartender was great. Very attentive, great personality. Interacted with a few waitresses that were all very personable! Food was on point. We had classic calamari which was cooked perfect and was lightly battered. Very tasty. We both ordered the Nashville chicken tacos and they were amazing! Dessert drinks were delicious! Apple martini and skrewy White Russian. Highly recommend!!“

“Really enjoyed dining at Center Tree. There have been a few different restaurants in that building over the years. The old Tavern used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Rutland as they regularly had live acoustic music as well. The Good...Center Tree has a pretty robust menu for drinks, apps, and main courses. Specials are also available regularly.I strongly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Dip. It comes with hot, fresh pita and is a decent size for 2/3 people. The mixed drinks were also very good. Not over-priced, and they don't skimp on the good stuff.Main courses we tried were the bourbon stake tips and stuffed haddock. Both were good sized portions that we couldn't finish. The pizza oven must be the same as the previous restaurant and although we didn't order it this time around, it was a popular choice and looked very good as well.Atmosphere was also very good. The restaurant was busy, but no crowded. Wait staff seemed both knowledgeable and kept up without issue. Not So Good...There's a 4% surcharge for using a credit card instead of cash. Not a huge deal, but when you're tacking that on top of tip it gets a little awkward. There is an ATM available, but it isn't a sponsored (bank) ATM so you're paying whatever fee they charge. Just know before you go.Parking can be a bit of a pain. The main lot fills up quick, and the backup lot is dirt, down the hill, set behind the building. It's a little tricky in snow or rain.Check your receipt carefully...I didn't until I got home and found I was charged $5/ea. for 2 sides that should have come with my meal. It effectively turned a $24 dish to $34 bucks...plus the 4% surcharge...plus the tip...you get the point.Overall I think it's a decent option, although there aren't many in the area to compare against.7.5/10Parking: It's a little challenging when they are busy.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. It's a shared property.“
