“My husband ordered onion soup before our meal. The soup came out piping hot which made it hard to eat quickly. That's what you want. That's not the complaint. 3 bites into his soup out came the main course. Just the meat, a minuteor so later the sides. His green beans were so hard and my broccoli was also hard. My baked potato was cold. My piece of prime rub was tough I couldn't even cut it. We did tell the waitress. They fixed the problem. By the time they fixed my problem my husband was done eating and had to sit and watch me eat. The manager compted the onion soup. This is the second time we weren't happy there. “The chorizo salmon is the standout dish of the restaurant. It is a wonderful feeling when you order a dish and the waiter replies, “great choice” and you can tell they genuinely mean it. I have never had salmon cooked to such a perfect temperature upon request. They got it spot-on at the first try, indicating that when they cook seafood, they do so in a deliberate and expert manner.“

“I wanted the prime rib on Thursday but unfortunately it’s a Friday thing. The ribeye was absolutely fantastic. I always tell people I only like my steaks and they blew me away with theirs still. My wife had gotten their turkey soup which I tasted. It was homemade you can definitely tell. Hearing the local chatter at this bar made me feel like I was watching Cheers. I love this place.“
“We just ate here the other day as our daughter has moved to Clinton. We were so thrilled with our entire meal, starting with the warm bread with oil/parmesan brought to the table. The clam chowder was the best I have ever had, many more clams than potatoes. The New Zealand mussels were so tender and the broth so dippable! We have told our daughter we will be visiting her much more often just so we can go here again. “Stopped for lunch before going to an event at DCU Center. Intended to go to Boulevard Diner across the street but there was no room. Parkway was a great alternative. We had a group of 6 including 2 children and we were seated and served promptly. “My first time at Via's recently and I am impressed! Although pricey, which is to br expected, the food all had amazing flavor profiles. I absolutely loved the ricotta ball with crustinis, the blend of cheese with the honey topping was the perfect bite. The chicken orzo soup was quite possibly the best soup I have ever had in my life! So flavorful and rich! And the drinks were perfection. To top the night, we had the Gelato cones, and the Gelato it's self tasted like it was straight from Italy. Creamy, but light, indulgent and flavorful! I can't wait to come back!!“

“Lunch was great at this restaurant. We were seated immediately. Everyone on the staff was polite and helpful. We were given a very generous booth for the two of us to share. Clearly this place is popular with families as there were several families with children already seated. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, honey beet salad, and Mexican street corn pizza. The food was delivered in a timely manner. The mushrooms came in a delicious rosemary lemon cream sauce, and we were given a spoon to get every last drop of the sauce. The salad was outstanding. The pizza looked a bit sparse on the toppings, but had a great flavor. All the food tasted fresh and homemade.
