Dunkin' is a renovated restaurant with a clean atmosphere and efficient staff. The employees are super kind and fast, and the donuts are always fresh. The coffee is wonderful, especially the iced coffees, and the sandwiches are delicious. Despite some mishaps like incorrect orders, the quick service and helpful staff, including a kind lady who assisted with a spill, make up for it. A manager even paid for a customer's coffee when they forgot their wallet. While the busy staff may overlook details at times, the drive-through locations remain a good option to avoid inconveniences like encountering a large dog near the entrance. The iced lattes are also great for those wary of too much caffeine or sugar.
