I grew up coming here with my parents on a regular basis, and most recently for the last 30 years I’ve been coming up on my birthday with my family. New owners changed the old yummy recipes. Seems like they don't like to cut the Veggies small and pay attention to the small details. They leave the veggies big in the Pepper Steaks and Chop Suey sandwiches. They also switched the steak to more of a steak bomb meat not the nice tender small cut pieces. The gravy in the pepper Steaks is not the sweet savory original gravy anymore. It was just a brown gravy mix. Nothing special. The chop Suey was pretty plain. Not much chicken but...read full review

The beef, pepper, onion sandwich was excellent. I think it was much better than the old owners. The price was cheap too. I have to admit that it's the only thing I've ever had there in 45 years.
