Knead Bakery and Bistro offers superb food quality, taste, and presentation. Their veggie platter, charcuterie, and cakes are highly praised. The bakery makes an excellent cake for special events, with attention to detail and allergy considerations. The atmosphere is charming and friendly, with great service. Pastries like the chocolate croissant, berry crumble bar, blueberry scone, and a cardamom twist are all delicious, along with coffee and the London Fog. While the mozz/roasted pepper/pesto toast is enjoyable, some sweet options like ginger/lemon scone, cinnamon roll, and Nutella roll could improve. Customers have enjoyed the grilled cheese and the raspberry oat bar, though the iced chai was mediocre. The raspberry almond macaron was described as out of this world amazing. Overall, it is a fresh and much-needed addition to the area.
