“I don’t know how some people have a bad experience here or get upset if they get a little attitude ONE day out of many days they go there. Funny how the person who complained about the lady at drive thru did exactly that complained but yet never left a nice review only a negative one. These girls and boys work hard and get paid Pennie’s in tips and minimum wage to boot. I think they do a great job my coffee is usually always correct and the time it was not I asked for it to be remade, simple. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day worker or customer, you never know what someone is going thru. So before you go putting down a bad review think about the last good review you left (if any) I go to to multiple Dunkins (which ever is closest) and sometimes mistakes are made but this particular Dunkin is usually on point. My food is hot my coffe is cold and I am happy!! So thank you to the workers there and no thank you to the cry babies. It’s Dunkin your not getting a five course meal at a fancy restaurant.“
“Great fresh donuts at one time but NO REST ROOM USE (a year AFTER COVID, but their employees have use of restrooms ofcourse) and I'm tired of hearing NO when on the road to long. Every D.D. won't allow restroom use. You kidding me!? Not even of you work for their town!!!! ?I buy little from them NOW... MY FRIENDS & Family too!?“

“It’s a hectic Monday morning after the first snow fall of the season.I originally went to a location off of rt 44 and they burnt the croissant sandwiches to a crisp. Imagine black coal: They were that burnt.This location was very understanding and remade the sandwiches without issues. I showed them immediately when I got to the window.I appreciate this location’s kindness and tipped well. I’ll be coming here from now on.“
“Love going in there and even though there is a line all of the workers are quick know what you're getting before you order. By the time you get to the register it's already rung up and the order is ready. Never had a problem with the food or drinks and the staff is friendly personable. Right way to start the day. Coffee, food, great staff. Doesn't get much better than that.“
