Dunkin' Donuts in Seekonk

“Love going in there and even though there is a line all of the workers are quick know what you're getting before you order. By the time you get to the register it's already rung up and the order is ready. Never had a problem with the food or drinks and the staff is friendly personable. Right way to start the day. Coffee, food, great staff. Doesn't get much better than that.“

“Great fresh donuts at one time but NO REST ROOM USE (a year AFTER COVID, but their employees have use of restrooms ofcourse) and I'm tired of hearing NO when on the road to long. Every D.D. won't allow restroom use. You kidding me!? Not even of you work for their town!!!! ?I buy little from them NOW... MY FRIENDS & Family too!?“

“Any other day I would have given this Dunkin five stars, but I had an employee act very rude to me this morning. (It was the blonde woman who works the drive thru in the mornings during the week) I get to the speaker to order my coffee and I could barely hear the woman taking my order. It genuinely sounded as if she were ten feet away from her headset. I proceed to order my coffee, and it appears on the screen. Then I said I'm sorry, could I actually get more cream and sugar in my coffee? And she says something but I couldn't make out what she said so I repeated myself, and told her I couldn't really hear her and that something was wrong with their speaker. So I see on the screen that she puts in a pumpkin flavored coffee when I asked for a cookie butter flavored. I said I'm sorry I wanted a cookie butter coffee with five creams and five sugars. Then she rudely and with obvious attitude says "You SAID you wanted pumpkin flavored" to which I responded "I'm sorry but I can barely hear you. It sounds like you're really far away from the speaker. I didn't ask for pumpkin flavored I asked for cookie butter flavor. Then I hear her adjust her headset, mumbles "sorry" (I can finally hear her clearly now) and then says "THAT'S what I put in to begin with". Mind you, I'm remaining polite throughout this interaction. So I pull up and pay for my coffee. she hands me my change and I say thank you. (She ignores me) Then she hands me my coffee, doesn't ask me if I need a straw which they always ask me, and she LOUD, aggressively and with attitude says "HAVE A NICE DAY."
Like ew. I've always had wonderful experiences with the very lovely women who work here as they're usually very, very friendly and sweet and do a great job at making my coffee. Very disappointed. Why would she get mad at me for not being able to hear her because her headset was not on correctly, or whatever the case was, even though I told her twice that I couldn't hear? Anyways I'm giving them four stars because all of the other women including herself are usually very very sweet! Hope she's in a better mood tomorrow.“

“It’s a hectic Monday morning after the first snow fall of the season.I originally went to a location off of rt 44 and they burnt the croissant sandwiches to a crisp. Imagine black coal: They were that burnt.This location was very understanding and remade the sandwiches without issues. I showed them immediately when I got to the window.I appreciate this location’s kindness and tipped well. I’ll be coming here from now on.“
