I had a great experience at this Panera Bread location. I visited around 1:00pm on Monday, July 27th. The cashier, Julia, helped me navigate some technical troubles with my Panera Bread app that allowed me to use my coupons. She was very patient and efficient! The overall experience, particularly Julia's customer service, was exceptional for a fast-casual place.
