“You really need to do something about restaurant design. We had to have the worst table in the place. We were under the high top table that was part of the bar. Now granted we both have some hearing loss, but we could hardly each other. Lesson learned, next time we go back we will request a table away from the bar. Absolutely no need for it. Put up a barrier that at least blocks some noise or muffles it.“

“Its been a long time since we visited the Capital Grill and it didnt dissapoint. We chose 3 different steak and each were cooked perfectly. The Dry-aged bone-in Strip was flavorful and tender. The Wagyu Tenderloin was the best my daughter has ever had and my son said the same about his Ribeye. The butter poached libster tail was amazing as well. The clam chowder was excellent too. Well done!“

I've had one of the best steaks I've had in years.....I'm a former chef and as a chef I look for all aspects in a restaurant...My wife recommended Fleming's due to the fact that she went there in Florida...we had the most attentive waitress by the name of Jocelyn. “The service was amazing. The was a bit dark, but after we opened the blinds we had plenty of light. However my steak was over cooked. They did fix it. However I did not like the fact that the vegetables were frozen and not fully cooked. Using chef mike,( microwave) doesn't really cook food.“

The added sides and accompanying sauces were equally enjoyable. Our server, Steven, was personable, attentive without hovering, allowing us to enjoy our dinner conversation. He made sure that we had finished our salad before bringing out the main course so we could savor each at our leisure. The main course arrived at our table within minutes after he cleared the salad, all items were hot and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Fred & Steve's for a premiere dining experience.“
