“My best friend and I stumbled upon this very upscale but casual restaurant overlooking shellburne falls! I wish I could bring this place and all the staff back to New Haven, CT because it would be THE SPOT to go. We’re loved the atmosphere, the food, the service, everything. I couldn’t even scrounge up something negative to say. We sat at the beautiful bar and had the absolute pleasure of meeting the bartender, Casey. SHE IS PERFECTION! Don’t ever let her go and if you do….. send her to New Haven CT. We left with full bellies, full hearts, and definitely a stack of desserts to go!!!! Let’s get into the food:We started off with the crispy polenta, which tasted like a crispy, crunchy garlicky polenta egg soufflé… It was absolutely FAHKING heaven. We also shared a really fresh beet salad with walnuts and goat cheese, and a tangy citrus dressing. It was kind of standard, but it was also absolutely perfect and delicious roughage.Then for dinner, my friend Eliza had the rack of lamb that was cooked, perfectly medium rare, and it was laying on top of the creamiest, mashed potatoes and other sautéed veggies. I had the swordfish, which I have never had before, in my entire life, and it was pretty mind blowing, the fish slathered in this creamy basil lemon sauce and served over basmati rice. SO GOOD!!!! We didn’t have the opportunity to take photos of the food because we were too busy shoving it down our faces!If you’re ever in the area, this place is a must go to! They are local. They support local. And if I was local I’d be there weekly!“

The authentic greek italian atmosphere where you know you can enjoy some of the best homemade pizza dough, hand shredded mozzarella cheese, and family recipe Marinara that'll become your new addiction in MA loaded with toppings that'll send you home happy and coming back for more. “Mo's fudge is amazing.I live in Ohio and had it shipped twice.The cranberry chutney is wonderful.All of the different kinds of fudge I've had are great.For the people that have left bad reviews,maybe they should think of positive things.Owning a small business in this rough world is not easy.Just getting employees to listen,let alone show up for work,is amazing in itself. “Went for breakfast on a Sunday and the service was great! I had a perfectly poached egg, the corned beef hash was delicious and so was their bloody mary. They use really fresh, high quality ingredients and I cant wait to go back. The only thing is I wish they were open earlier since it's breakfast.“

“Well, people need to know that Stone Soup is NOT a restaurant. They do meals once a week for people who need food and they also have a free store where we can get free items to help us cook our stuff at home. If I remember most of the staff are volunteers and many of them go to the congregation and worship in the church building.“

“Great place to take kids and those who are VEGAN! Yes, that's right! Hillside doesn't get all skimpy on the vegan cheese. My 7 yr old LOVES it.
