I have not been to a this particular establishment since the first opened. When they first opened it attended the grand opening. It went horrible. Food was lacking flavor and the chicken was desert dry!! There where not many options back then except a couple wraps, a burger or chicken wings. Just not good. Ordered the saucy chicken sandwich with mango habenero. No citrus flavor to it all, way to much heat if there was I wouldn't have tasted it, seems like all it was, was Capsaicin oil in a red sauce. I don't mind heat finished the sandwich anyway but not what I expected when I ordered a citrus hot sauce, that tasted more like ghost pepper or Carolina reaper. Fries were good.

If I owned Buffalo Wild wings I would give Susie at the Shrewsbury store a raise. Always treats me with respect and has a sence of urgency when other people come to the bar. Always makes sure this bar has the best service humanly possible
