I've only ordered takeout from them, but every time I do I get good food and prompt service. Last time I ordered was on a Friday night. I got there a bit early but they already had my food ready to go! I had ordered spice level 4 for my meal, and it was delicious. Some restaurants are stingy or inconsistent with the spice level, but not Thai & I. I get what I ask for. They also have enough veggie options that some who eat with me do not feel left out.

Ordered chicken satay and pho. That peanut sauce with the chicken satay is absolute fire. And the pho had really good flavors.
I ordered from this place when I was at Tufts Small Animal Hospital with my rabbit. Their online ordering system is easy select “vegan” (or “vegetarian”) on, so I didn’t have to worry about leaving a note to omit fish sauce only for it to be overlooked. Lots of options for vegans!
