“I did not, in fact, eat here. I just used the bathroom. I often use the bathrooms at panera because they're clean & typically smell of a delightful fruit or herb. I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.“

The beef balls were pretty good but I'd like to try the other meat options in the future. The thai tea is top notch—creamy and thick—and the pearls are better than you get in most boba shops. Maybe ask for less ice because there's a lot of it and the flavor can dilute quickly. This restaurant might be your best reason to come to Worcester.“

Thankfully, we had adjusted our reservation from 10 to 7 people, which worked out perfectly—we wrapped up with just a minute to spare. A great experience overall, but something to keep in mind if you're planning a larger or more leisurely gathering.“

Price was good, however I felt awkward at checkout because she didn’t give me or offer my change, I waited for it & instead she asked me if I wanted to order anything else. If you pay cash, they keep the rest (didn’t even feel like an option honestly). This should be mentioned before one pays the bill. Would have been nice to know that. “We ordered the Turkey Avocado bacon Sandwhich with squash soup and the grilled cheese with a chicken noodle soup.The turkey Sandwhich was really good along with the squash soup,the squash soup was very sweet though,it must have sugar in it,when we make homemade squash soup it's not sweet at all,but more natural,still worth ordering though,the grilled cheese looked good as well,defiantly worth checking Panara bread out

“I came here yesterday 3.17.25 this is the second time I ever come into this location. The occasion was to take out my oldest daughter for her Birthday. I had not come back to this location since 2019 for my Daughter’s 19th Birthday.
But.. just as the first time I came, it was such a great time. I came in to celebrate my daughter, & granddaughter. The Restaurant very clean, well decorated and has really Great Staff from the Host to the Server and cooks.
I’d really like to thank Safirra(sorry if I misspelled your name) this girl was so attentive, Sweet, Friendly, Courteous, Kind and smiling. Safirra went above and beyond for my daughter and granddaughter and even myself around the clock making sure we tended to and that we were enjoying our food. As we ordered drinks as well she made sure we were satisfied I hope you guys know what an Asset & gem you have there!! Safirra also learned that my oldest daughter birthday was a couple days away and made the most amazing presentation of a dessert for her and brought 3 spoons for us to enjoy. “Service at the bar was great! Zuppa Toscana and steak gorgonzola Alfredo was delicious and filling. I took a majority of the entree home for leftovers. Strawberry limoncello margarita was yummy and filled to the rim (photo was taken after a few sips). It's a good reliable option for a chain.“
