Food is always fresh and well made. Can customize to taste and with drive through the service is great. Cafe ambiance is variable depending on site but each is pretty similar. The downside is the prices have gone up
I had the chicken and avocado club sandwich. It was as if a team of skilled scientists gathered all the ingredients for my meal and then systematically removed all flavor. It tasted of - nothing. To be fair my daughter liked the Caesar salad.

The Panera Bread is perfectly located near the downtown Westborough. The ambience of the place is good and staff is great. The taste of food is fine as I don't think it is great but could be better. As a family you can go to it ones in a 2-3 months. I don't think it is a place to go regularly. Reason - it will not give you value for money.
